Restorative yoga teacher training with Tracey Garcia is a comprehensive course that leaves the students able to create a well structured restorative sequence. Each student was given several restorative experiences as well as instruction on creating meditations, sequences and appropriate anatomy and physiology. Be the completion each practitioner taught part of a sequence they designed and was given thoughtful encouraging feedback for going forward.
