Wesley Anne Clifton is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).

I have practiced yoga for 3 years and sought to deepen my understanding and knowledge of my practice by learning from Tracey Garcia and the Colorado School of Yoga. I appreciate the options of working with props to increase the practitioner’s experience with asanas.
