Trimurti Yoga is an international organization promoting and teaching multi-style Yoga. We specialize in professional Yoga Teacher Trainings and Yoga Retreats. Our school is a team of experienced and highly qualified teachers of various yoga styles and traditions, who previously studied under many different masters and teachers – in India, Europe and US.
Trimurti is a natural continuation of Bodhi Tree Yoga International (RYS 200), which was one of the most successful international school in India in the past years. We now come together to share the beauty and benefits of yoga – on a practical and theoretical level. We work towards integrating ancient Yogic traditions into our contemporary world and promoting yoga as an art of living as well as a very effective path to complete well-being for the body, mind and soul. We deeply believe that yoga is not only an ancient art, but also a very precious treasure which is extremely helpful in our contemporary world full of stress and anxiety. Our mission is to share our joy, health and bliss with people from all over the world. We are honored to take a part in a charity project “Yoga for Society”, together with an Indian NGO “Loving Lap”.
We are looking forward to meeting you soon on the mat!

Reviews

As part of the Yoga Alliance Social Credentialing system, teachers that register with Yoga Alliance must submit a review of the RYS training program they completed.

Feedback from trainees provides Registered Yoga Schools with the opportunity to understand their trainees’ experiences in order to continually improve their trainings.

By choosing to display comments, schools enable trainees to provide insight into a school’s culture and training which helps potential trainees choose the right teacher training for their individual path with yoga.

The Bali location of Trimurti Yoga offers a beautiful and serene escape near the water. The balance between learning the historical roots of yoga combined with the practical anatomical knowledge was certainly a highlight. It's evident that the instructors that Trimurti attracts have a deep care for not only yoga but also creating an experience that meets the unique needs of each group of students. Having opportunities to practice teaching in increasing amounts starting at week 1, although very nerve-wracking at the time, is very helpful to prepare students for teaching in the future.

I cannot recommend Trimurti enough, it is a truly authentic Indian yoga experience in a fabulous location. The team there are delightful and the level of teaching was intense and very thorough. The most wonderful man, Bhaska Ji, teaches the philosophy and chanting. I can honestly say the entire experience was life changing for me.

I completed my 300h yoga teacher training with Trimurti school in January 2023, and while there were some positives, I have to say the experience didn’t live up to my expectations. I want to share my feedback in the hope that it can help improve the program for future students. What I liked: The small group size made the experience feel personal, and I really appreciated the connections I formed. The campus staff were incredibly sweet and always willing to help. What could be improved: Location: I was disappointed that the course didn’t take place at the main campus. While the small location was near the beach, our yoga shala was unfortunately situated behind a trash field, which wasn’t the serene setting I had imagined. Food Quality: The meals were a letdown. For three weeks, we had the same four dishes on repeat, mostly heavy on carbs and with hardly any protein. This wasn’t ideal for the demands of the training, and I think more variety and balance would make a huge difference. Content Depth and Structure: For a 300h training, I expected a deeper dive into the topics. For example, we only spent about 10 minutes talking about connective tissue, even though the training has dedicated 100h to Yin yoga. The overall structure felt a bit chaotic, and there wasn’t a clear flow to the curriculum. Focus on our Group: With two 200h courses running at the same time, it felt like most of the school’s attention went to those programs. When our group shared feedback about the quality of our experience, the owners didn’t seem as engaged as they had been at the start, which was disappointing. I truly appreciate the effort the staff and teachers put into the training, but I believe there’s room for improvement to bring the 300h program up to the high standards the school is known for. More attention to structure, communication, and student feedback could make a big difference.

The Trimurti School was an incredible school with an exceptional team of teachers. It was the perfect balance between traditional knowledge of yoga and more contemporary takes on the practice. I found the whole team to be professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly warm and welcoming. I would recommend their courses anytime.
