Nicole is a 200 Hour E-RYT through Yoga Alliance. After graduating from CorePower Yoga in 2008, she traveled to Las Vegas to continue her education in Pilates Mat and Reformer. She began teaching for herself and working alongside many great teachers in the Las Vegas, Nevada area.
Nicole has always been a high energy, high intensity athlete. She attended her first yoga class in Minneapolis, MN after injuring her leg while training for her second marathon. Once she began attending more classes to help her injury, she decided that she wanted to share her experience and knowledge of cross training for athletes.
Nicole has extensive teaching hours, from Las Vegas to Denver, and then Minneapolis to Chicago. Currently she works in her home town in South Dakota as a teacher trainer for Profiling Beauty Health and Wellness, RYS.
Nicole's continuing education classes (CEC's) will help you learn more about the importance of alignment, athlete injury and recovery, modifications and class structure. One of her favorite and most memorable classes was helping teach Chair Yoga in Fort Collins, Colorado to a group of 30 residents who really loved the group classes that helped them be more mobile.
Today, Nicole's love for cycling and climbing help her become more aware of how yoga has played a role in her life for the past 10 years. She has had the ability to learn under many wonderful teachers across the country and that has inspired her to become YACEP certified.
In Light and Love,
Nicole
