Abbey Brewer made everything incredibly easy to understand, Her depth of knowledge is like an encyclopedia—she answered every question with confidence and clarity. I feel well-prepared and inspired to guide my students through their prenatal journey, thanks to her exceptional teaching!

Wow, this course was amazing. I would recommend this to anyone who is interested in understanding pregnancy better or growing as a yoga teacher. Abbey is the most caring and intelligent, open-minded and evidence based, creative and focused teacher I've learned from or worked with. I can't recommend this course enough, and I'm looking forward to the next course I take with Abbey. After just 20 hours, I feel so much more confident and capable of teaching pregnant students in my yoga classes. I drove a few hours to attend the course, but I wish I lived in the area so that I could attend Abbey's classes (and also ask her to be my doula and massage therapist!)
