About Kelsey Beine

My dharma in this life is to teach, mentor, guide, and lead with knowledge, wisdom, and compassion. I believe strongly that every person is full of light and peace at their core. I seek to guide you to experience this serenity through mindful movement, breathing, relaxation, and meditation.

As an introvert, I have a deep interest in exploring the inner workings of the mind, body, and heart. I specialize in creating spaces where you can do the same – reflect and deepen your self-awareness. In training, you can expect to both strengthen your own practice and understanding, as well as learn ways to facilitate meaningful experiences for others.

I am a liberal artsy thinker who loves to integrate ideas from various subject areas, healing modalities, and cultures. I am also a lifelong learner and love sharing what I learn in class to keep my teaching fresh and relevant. Look forward to fluid, reflective discussions where we all share our experience and wisdom to help one another learn and grow.

Join me for some light-hearted and profound learning adventures!

Kelsey is trained to teach meditation, hatha, restorative, vinyasa, and yin yoga in aerial, chair, and children’s yoga formats. She holds a bachelor’s degree in math and Spanish, as well as a master’s degree in organizational leadership. In addition to yoga, she has taught math, Spanish, critical thinking, communication, and leadership in academic and professional development settings.
