I began my career in the Health and Fitness profession as a Certified Personal Trainer with a College Diploma in Physical Education. This has given me in-depth knowledge of human anatomy and biomechanics. I then added a Fitness Instructor Certification to teach group fitness classes. Next came a 200 Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) to add to my repertoire. I am also Cycling Certified Instructor. Running a local gym and recreation centre fitness program, as the Fitness Director, gave me skills to manage, hire, evaluate, educate fitness instructors and to build a successful fitness schedule with high retention.
With my background and experience, I have become an E-RYT and YACEP. Im very excited to be able to share my knowledge and to inspire other yoga teachers to find their love, passion and groove to "just be who they are" and to share that authentic uniqueness with their students through the practice of Yoga.
