I began my journey with Yoga in 2002. After years of physical sports, aerobics and weight training, yoga became my full time passion. I was introduced in 2002 and took my first teacher trainer in 2007 and began teaching that year.
My practice has changed many times over the years as I have changed through injuries, life experiences and age. It has made me a more passionate teacher for all levels and ages.
Gentle Yoga . Power Vinyasa Yoga . Detox & Stretch Yoga are what most of my studio classes focus on. I enjoy teaching private lessons to students just starting out or more advanced students that want to grow a stronger practice.
I am currently continuing my education on Therapeutic Yoga, Yoga for Arthritis, Yoga for Scoliosis and Yoga after Menopause.
