Author of "Yoga Korunta: The Book of Yoga". Yoga practitioner with 21 years of experience. Started practicing Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga with his teacher Ernest Goebel. In 2005, he completed his training under the guidance of Paola Martínez and Italo Menconi.
He has participated in courses with renowned teachers such as David Swenson, Michael Gannon, and Baptiste Marceau. In December 2020, he completed a Pranayama certification with AG Mohan (Svastha Yoga). In 2024, he completed a 500-hour OmYogaFlow certification.
In 2024, he published "Yoga Korunta: The Book of Yoga."
He has served as a translator-interpreter for Srivatsa Ramaswami, David Swenson, and David McAmmond in their workshops in Mexico.
Other translation projects include the book "Yoga Therapeutics for Backs" by David McAmmond, translation and subtitles for Ashtanga videos by Masterji Vishwanath (nephew of Pattabhi Jois), translation and subtitles for yoga philosophy videos of Patanjali's Yoga Sutras by Dr. Kausthub Desikachar (grandson of Sri T. Krishnamacharya). He has taught classes, courses, and certifications in Mexico City, Los Cabos BCS, Chihuahua CHIH, San Miguel de Allende GTO, Montreal Canada, and currently resides in Querétaro QRO. For over 5 years, he volunteered teaching yoga classes for seniors in social volunteer centers. A Vipassana meditation practitioner, music lover, avid reader, enthusiast of the arts, sciences, boxing, and urban agriculture.
