Yoga has been my constant companion, even before I knew its name. As a child, finding solace in movement was my escape. These spontaneous flows and long holds were my body's language, a silent cry for release. Years later, trauma therapy led me back to the mat, where Restorative and Yin yoga unlocked a profound healing journey.
Through this process, I discovered my true nature and a deep desire to guide others towards their own liberation. My sadhana is of extreme importance to me. In addition to being a Yoga Teacher I am also a disciple of Kriya Yoga. Kriya Yoga helps to increase the effectiveness of my various Yoga practices and overall well-being on all levels. While I cannot teach Kriya Yoga, I do include aspects of the teachings of my Guru lineage in many of my classes and offerings.
With certifications in prenatal, postnatal, trauma-informed Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Pranayama, and meditation, I'm committed to making Yoga accessible to all.
My classes are a sanctuary where connection to breath and physical postures are the gateways to inner peace. I believe in the power of love, compassion, and breath to heal and transform. Together, we'll explore the path to wholeness, honoring your unique journey.
I bow in gratitude to all teachers, past and present. May all beings find happiness, peace, and their true nature. Aum Amen
