As a yoga teacher, I've been heavily influenced through my experiences as a practitioner of Vinyasa, Gentle, Yin Yoga, Restorative and Kundalini.
I've been fortunate enough to study in person with Linda McGrath, Nikki Smithson, Ann Weismann and Laura Burkhart. I continued my education on sequencing methodology with Rocky Heron and Jason Crandell.
These experiences have shaped my values and my approach to teaching students and teachers. Students in my classes are provided a space to feel included and empowered to make the experience uniquely theirs.
My intention for offering ongoing education experiences for teachers is to delve into the deep, meaningful 'why' of what we do. This can pass us by during initial YTTs or never fully form once we begin teaching.
I have a strong desire for teachers to understand their values and their intentions.
I offer an opportunity for teachers to push pause and rethink their teachings.
Teachers can focus on cultivating their authentic voice, being intentional about their presence, understanding how they build connection and identify how they influence belonging in their teaching.
