I’ve been practicing yoga since 2010 and completed my 200-hour training in 2018. I appreciate many yoga traditions and believe there’s a place for all of them in our lives. As one may suit you and your body better at certain times. I started my practice with Kripalu, and teach Vinyasa (with a Kripalu spin). I’ve tried Bikram, Restorative, Yin, Ashtanga, Jivamukti, Hatha, and Kali Natha. All of which I have found valuable tips and tricks from. I believe the more I practice and expand my personal knowledge the better I can assist my students.
I have completed two continuing education courses with Jason Crandell. The Art of Teaching Beginners, and Mastering the Art of Vinyasa Yoga Sequencing. I have completed my 300-hour certification with Jason Crandell. Making me an RYS 500 teacher and E-RYT 200. My most recent training was 15 hours in Yin Yoga. I hope to inspire new students to make yoga a part of their daily lives.
As a YACEP, you can expect my CE courses to strongly focus on alignment and technique.
