I’ve been practicing yoga for many years and completed my 200-hour training in 2018. I appreciate many traditions of yoga and believe there’s a place for all of them in our lives. As one may suit you and your body, better at certain times. I started my practice with Kripalu, and teach Vinyasa (with a Kripalu spin). I’ve tried Bikram, Restorative, Yin, Ashtanga, Jivamukti, Hatha, and Kali Natha. All of which I have found useful tips and tricks from. I believe the more I practice and expand my personal knowledge the better I can assist my students.
I have completed two continuing education courses with Jason Crandell. The Art of Teaching Beginners, and Mastering the Art of Vinyasa Yoga Sequencing. Most recently I have completed my 300 certification with Jason Crandell. Making me an RYS 500 teacher. I hope to inspire new students to make yoga a part of their daily life.
