Manouk is a great instructor, and the course organization and content were well thought out and presented in a way that kept the course engaging. The online/Zoom format worked well for me, and I found the assignments and "final quiz" were thoughtfully constructed to reinforce the key topics covered in the class. Highly recommended.

Manouk is soo knowledgeable with all the topics on Yin, Restorative and Trauma Informed Yoga that the 30hrs went by soo fast! I wish it was longer, but this is also an opportunity for me to check out Manouk's other teacher trainings. Aside from her vast knowledge of the topics during the training, Manouk's gentleness, her ability to make us feel safe and drop in to the present moment made the whole experience worthwhile.
