As a Yoga teacher for over 11 years and a Yoga student for several lifetimes, Lauren (or Lou as the family calls her) brings a certain enthusiasm to her students. She is able to connect to other human beings in a way that is peaceful yet direct.
Lou's humor and light-heartedness are the foundation from where she uses her voice through music and engages her students throughout the class.
