Alyssa Bokovoy began practicing Yoga in 2014. As she fell in love with the practice, she pursued teaching Yoga in 2016.

After many years of hard work, Alyssa has been certified with her E-RYT 500 through Yoga Alliance.
Which means she has logged over 4,000 hours of teaching! The devotion she shows up to her practice with is felt in her teaching.

She integrates yogic philosophy and physical asana with monastic techniques. Her methods and style incorporate all systems of yoga.
Alyssa’s teachings come from a deep understanding of traditional Hatha Yoga. She is capable of teaching anyone who wants to practice, learn and explore their full potential in yoga.
Alyssa’s current yoga teacher is Joan Halifax. She has trained under Gokulacandra, Andrey Lappa, Will Lao, Simon Low, Kosta Miachin and S Jois. She has slowly started moving away from Tibetan yoga and moving into Zen Meditation.
Practicing with Alyssa is like a breathe of fresh air. She had adapted traditional techniques with a modern style that is utterly unique to her.
