This is a great course for anyone interested in yoga. Teachers looking to learn more about the ideas and concepts that Todd Norian and Cheryl Chaffee bring to the Yoga community as Ashaya has become a school of yoga can benefit from this immersion. Newer yogis can also learn a lot of basics. Cheryl did a great job at running it in Zoom too, and the sense of community in our small group was priceless during these times!
