Founder of Ancient Yoga Academy, with branches in Singapore, India, and the UK, Prashant has been teaching yoga for over 22 years. in countries like USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, China, Bali, Jakarta, Malaysia, Vietnam, India and many more. “I’m still studying, still learning, still discovering,” says the inveterate yogi who has made seven treks to the Himalayas to connect with elusive Naga Babas and Aghori sadhus to get a deeper understanding of yoga and the effects of meditation on the human body.
Prashant is a master of meditation, teaching a range of techniques from simple Breathing, Om, Cyclic and Pyramid meditation to the more difficult Dynamic meditation, Vipasana, Mindfulness, Chakra, Kriya and more.
Prashant’s corporate clients include Apple, Microsoft, Daikin, HometeamNS, Nanyang Poly, among many others. Besides stress management, he also does yoga ailment assessment, yoga for team building, yoga for motivation etc.
