Valerie is the creator of Chogaflow®, a unique, rejuvenating ‘chair-yoga-flow’ practice, done both seated and standing, linking breath with movement. Ideal if you are new to practicing yoga, have physical limitations, or if you prefer a less strenuous flow class.
Chogaflow® emphasizes alignment, allowing you to explore poses in a safe, anatomically correct way. We use the chair as an effective prop, which allows the student to explore more stability and accessibility in challenging poses. You will enjoy the many benefits of a traditional yoga practice without ever having your knees touch the floor!
