Hello and welcome!
Jacqueline is a 500+ hour RYT (specializing in Hatha, vinyasa, ashtanga vinyasa, power vinyasa, restorative yoga, yin, pre and post-natal, aerial, and yoga nidra) various types of pranayama, meditation, mindfulness instructor to children and adults, and cognitive behavior therapy practitioner and guide. Her yoga journey began 18 years ago, her teaching journey 10 years ago, and has brought her all over the world to learn and share the knowledge she acquires along the way.
She taught all body types and levels from the ages of 3 years old up to 74 years old and has had the honor of teaching internationally in places like the United States, United Arab Emirates, India, Japan, Indonesia, Germany, Spain, and Morocco.
Her teaching style improves students' abilities to meet themselves with enthusiasm, be reminded of their power, and that it is safe to come home to their bodies.
Her mission is to provide a safe and welcoming space where students can explore their own internal world, and develop their very own personal yoga journey and self-transformation. A consistent yoga practice will leave students feeling rejuvenated and inspired; opening doors to positive transformation; ultimately creating a calm and peaceful mind, an open and compassionate heart, and a strong feeling of self-acceptance.
