Asana at Home Online Yoga is a dynamic, inclusive, and inspirational training platform designed for aspiring Yoga Teachers, current instructors seeking continuing education, and dedicated Yoga Students looking to deepen their practice. Whether you're embarking on your journey to become a teacher or enhancing your teaching skills, our programs provide the most up-to-date and relevant information on all aspects of Yoga. Upon completion, you'll gain the confidence and expertise to teach Yoga safely and effectively.

Soul Thrive teachers were very in depth with all aspects from anatomy to philosophy. I learned more than I ever imagined I could in a YTT program. Just an amazing experience . I have already returned to complete Chair Yoga and look forward to many more courses through Soul Thrive! Full Review
