Aura Wellness Center is a Registered Yoga School - RYS 200 and RYS 300 - with Yoga Alliance, which designates our teacher training program as one which follows Yoga Alliance’s standards. We are the world leader in Yoga Teacher Training correspondence courses and have been providing affordable trainings and classes since 1998.

We offer courses in many different styles: Hatha Yoga (Gentle), Vinyasa Yoga (Flow), Power Yoga (Fitness Yoga), Restorative Yoga (Alignment-Oriented), Yin Yoga, Chair Yoga, and Hot Yoga. We offer these styles as a Level 1, Level 2, and/or Level 3 Yoga Teacher Training.

We offer a combination of courses that are self paced through our Student Portal, with pre-recorded lectures and classes, as well as instructor lead courses though our Student Portal and Live Zoom Meetings. For the student that has a busy schedule and would like to complete a self paced course around their own schedule, or the student who would like a course that is structured as a live instructor led course, we have a course available for everyone.

Feedback from trainees provides Registered Yoga Schools with the opportunity to understand their trainees’ experiences in order to continually improve their trainings.

By choosing to display comments, schools enable trainees to provide insight into a school’s culture and training which helps potential trainees choose the right teacher training for their individual path with yoga.

    Aura Wellness provided a safe and soulful environment for me to grow and thrive as a confident new yoga teacher. Dr. Paul is passionate about guiding his students to spread his knowledge and light to people everywhere. He prides his practice in teaching safe yoga. He encourages personal creativity and has allowed me to create a practice that is personal and heartfelt. After more than 30 years of personal practice, Aura Wellness Center has been a game changer for me. The expanded knowledge has truly brought the mind, body, and spirit full circle. My spirit is lifted, my mind is calmer, and my body is stronger. I love Aura Wellness Center and so will you!

Aura Wellness Center is an amazing school that really helped me learn the fundamentals of Hatha yoga and enhanced my knowledge of our mind and body as a whole. Their online yoga teacher training program was such a convenient way to earn my certification, being that I am also a busy college student. The Aura Wellness Center teacher training program was a deep dive into asana poses, anatomy, the history of yoga, and more. When I first signed up, I didn't know what to expect. However, I loved how in-depth the program is! It truly provides the full spectrum of what to expect as a yoga teacher! I loved that I could work when I had time. I didn't feel rushed in any way, which made me more curious about each topic. Not only was the training impeccable, but the teachers themselves were always helpful if questions arose! I highly recommend Aura Wellness Center teacher training! Full Review
