YogaBeez is a registered children’s yoga and mindfulness school offering high calibre teacher training courses and workshops. Grounded in traditional yoga, mindfulness and education, all trainings are accredited by Yoga Alliance International.
The unique YogaBeez method incorporates the core values and teachings of Yoga, Mindfulness and Montessori to educate, empower and exercises the WHOLE child. All classes are designed to stimulate physical, intellectual, emotional, social and spiritual wellbeing. The philosophy is built on a foundation of respect for the child as an individual and creative being. Our children’s yoga and mindfulness teacher training courses provide in-depth and thorough trainings. These are suitable for parents, school teachers, therapists, yoga teachers and anyone wishing to share yoga for children.
YogaBeez was created in 2005 by Bryony Duckitt as a way to share her passion for yoga, mindfulness and education with more children. Her aim was to deliver high quality teacher training courses for people wishing to teach and share yoga with children of all ages. Bryony has a wealth of experience as a Montessori teacher and has brought this into her children’s yoga trainings, which start from Foundation level and continue to Advanced levels. Trainings are offered in person and now ONLINE too.
