I truly appreciated the depth of this course and its friendly, approachable tone. The language was clear and easy to follow, and the variety of topics kept me engaged throughout. After completing the course, I began teaching yoga to children, and the skills I gained were incredibly helpful in designing thoughtful, inclusive classes. What an incredible course. If you have any interest in teaching Kid’s Yoga, Jaime’s class is the one to take. Not only does Jaime provide incredible amounts of information as it relates to teaching children (from what you can expect at each age to various abilities and how those abilities require intention in your planning and teaching), but she has also formatted the content is such away that you can download and reference that material quite easily. Further, and perhaps most impressively, you are required to submit a full teaching video for certification. Jaime then watches each video *and* creates her own video to share her feedback with you! And the feedback is detailed and extremely thorough. So despite all of the training videos she must receive, Jaime takes the time to ensure each student is meeting her standards *and* that each students feel seen, valued, and worthy of welcoming kids into the wonderful world of yoga.
