About Erika Burkhalter

Erika Burkhalter, MA Yoga Studies, MS Neuropsychology, E-RYT 500, YACEP, has been teaching yoga since 1999, and exploring its practices since childhood.  Erika teaches Ananda Flow, a practice to “find your bliss” through vinyasa flow interwoven with mythology, mantra, meditation and yogic philosophy to promote happiness, mental clarity, and a sense of interconnection between all things.
