With over 10 years of experience, she is an E-RYT 200, a Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher (RPYT), and a Functional Breathing Instructor through Oxygen Advantage.
Specializing in Ashtanga, Vinyasa flow, and power yoga, Sheyla guides students through the transformative power of mindful movement. Her classes blend diverse styles, breathing techniques, and meditation practices, creating a welcoming atmosphere for students of all skill levels.
With a particular enthusiasm for balance poses, she uses creative visualizations to help students find their center and experience that fulfilling “click” moment.
