About DiAnne Bergmann

Looking for a mindful yoga practice with some fun along the way?  I teach a balanced yoga practice that includes movement, meditation, and reflection.  Do you feel like you are stuck on an out-of-control train and the constant need for approval?  Let’s experience the messiness of life together as we move toward your balanced life.

I help people seeking a mindful approach to yoga by offering meditation, movement, and self-reflection to improve balance in life.

My trainings include a BA (Western Illinois University), MA (University of Washington), a 200-hour yoga training at the Center for Yoga of Seattle, 200-hour Yoga Faith, Yoga Stretch (80 hour), Yoga Fit (45 hour), Pilates, Zumba, Commit, and Silver Sneakers.  I've completed a teacher training program with Twist Yoga (Edmonds, WA) to become a 500 RYT and completed a meditation and MBSR training with Three Trees Yoga (Federal Way, WA) as part of their 500 RYT program.

Outside the studio, my time is spent working as a musician, music teacher, and spending time with my family that includes my husband of 30 years, two children, and a fun-loving yet protective German Shepherd dog.
