JoAnn Drasdis has been teaching yoga and group fitness since 2006. She started her career in Fort Worth, Texas where she taught Zumba, Yoga, HipHop, Stretch-Yo-Lates and HoopDance.
A 500-Hour Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance, JoAnn received her training from YogaWorks San Francisco, one of the most renowned yoga schools in the world. She teaches a balance of vinyasa and restorative yoga --- a fusion of alignment, flow and breath.
JoAnn found yoga years ago when she was looking for an outlet to relieve stress. Since then, she made it her personal goal to share her transformation with her students, once class at at time.
