I have been teaching authentic yoga for the past 7 years. Those practices include asana classes such as:Restorative, Classic, and Strength, and Swing.
Mindful classes such as restore and sound, meditation classes, and teaching yoga philosophy privately.
I have also taught yoga workshops in the following areas: chair yoga, yoga practices for finding gain in loss, yoga practices for osteoporosis, yoga practices for restoring balance to the body.
I am passionate about teaching yoga that includes all areas of the being. Mind, Body, and Life. I am passionate about using the tools that yoga provides us to help us increase our self awareness and move toward a more balanced mind, body, and life.
