Rachel has managed yoga studios and built memberships from 300 to 800, written her own manual and created her own 200 hour Power Yoga Training Program YA accredited, created formats to fit the needs of students in the community, and mentored teachers to uphold a standard of support, education, and excellence at the studios she manages.

While she loves the physicality of the Asana, Rachel considers herself a 'facilitator of stillness'. Through the teaching of the physical poses, she hopes to spread the profound effects of the deep clarity and peace found when one can integrate this practice beyond their mat and into their daily lives.
