About Borja Sainz

“The key aspect of this philosophy is keeping a beginners mind, always open to embrace change as we progress”

With over 15 years of experience, my practice and training has focused in various styles of Hatha yoga. I began in Ashtanga and some years after started Iyengar Yoga. Although I never abondoned this two great paths of Hatha yoga, I kept exploring and studying different styles like Vinyasa and Anusara Yoga as well as spending time in Thailand studying massage with master Pichet Boonthume.

I have had the pleasure of being a student of such amazing teachers as Noah Maze, Martin Kirk, Desiree Rambaugh. Nowadays I study with Rod Stryker who I consider my teacher and became the first Spanish ParaYoga Certified Teacher in 2020.

"Today I do not identify a specific style or school because my fascination flows towards the traditional aspect of yoga, as well as the anatomical study and biomechanics of the asanas. "
