About Angelena Sweet

Angie (she/her) is an Adaptive Yoga instructor, teacher trainer, an international retreat leader with focus in vinyasa, yin yoga, pre/postnatal, childrens, chair yoga, and yoga for special needs. She has been teaching yoga since 2012 and practicing since 2005. Her goal is to hold an inclusive space for her students to show up as they are and offer options that make the practice accessible for every student.

Angie's classes focus more on the subtle body, slowing down, and moving from a space of awareness and stability. She adapts the varied practices she has learned in order to service her students' specific needs. She offers tools and yogic practices to hold space for yourself, listen to the needs of your body, and stay present.
