Jenn Ragland, ERYT-500, YACEP, has studied Yin and Traditional Chinese Medicine with master teachers such as Paul Grilley, Bernie Clark, Tiffany Cruikshank, Kathy Paez, and Sean Guinan. She recently completed a 60-hour training with Jo Phee in Yin, TCM, and Hip Anatomy and will study MyoYin, Myofascial Release, and Spine Anatomy during a 30-hour training with Jo in Fall 2025. Additionally, in 2019, she trained with Judith Lasater in Restorative Yoga, earning her certification as a Relax and Renew® Level 1 trainer. She has been teaching since 2016. Jenn believes that the stillness of Yin offers access to a deep connection to the physical body. Her goal is to help students find their own variations of poses so they may continue to explore their physical limits comfortably and build a sustainable practice. She teaches Yin and various levels of vinyasa classes at local yoga studios, gyms, and clubs, in Charlotte, NC. At Atha Yoga, she is one of the lead teachers for the 200 and 300 hour teacher training programs.
