Karina Ayn Mirsky, BBA, MA, ERYT is a widely sought after Yoga and Meditation educator and best selling author of Make a Difference and Make a Living Teaching YogaShe holds a Master’s degree in East/West Psychology, and trains coaches to use yogic philosophy to work with people privately in the Yoga Mindset Coaching™ programs.

 

Karina has been teaching yoga since 1998 and training yoga teachers since 2004. Since 2003, she's been the director of Sangha Yoga in Kalamazoo, MI. Karina is anti-racist and advocates for people with disabilities. She aims to center the experience of marginalized students, as well as offer accessible and inclusive programs.

To her many media credits, in the March 2008 issue of Yoga Journal, Karina was featured as one of "21 Top Famous Teachers shaping the future of yoga in America." Karina contributes to Insight Timer.
