Curiosity for movement after living a sedentary life for 24 years is what brought me to my first yoga class. That intrigue led me to a practice that continues to settle deeper into all aspects of my life. I completed my 200hr training in 2014 and my 500hr training in 2019. I am constantly pursuing continuing education on the human nervous system and brain-based functional movement therapies.
My enthusiasm for engaged movement only continues to grow and I love bringing rhythm into classes that are guided by this ancient and life-changing practice.
I strive to create community and inviting a cozy atmosphere into my classes to allow each individual space to connect to their own Self through movement & philosophy.
