Mary Sue was entirely prepared when it came to having materials for the students and knowing the material herself. She was welcoming to all questions and did a wonderfully thorough job in explaining the information to the students. I would highly recommend this class for any teacher looking to deepen their knowledge and understanding of the sequenced yoga methodology.

I really enjoyed this course. Mary Sue was prepared with her material and covered it extensively. She asked each student what specifically they were looking to get out of the training, provided answers, and many different resources to further our knowledge. We discussed the history of Ashtanga, talked and practiced through all steps of the Primary Series, and addressed modifications for each pose. I came away from the experience with a better understanding of the practice for myself and also as a Yoga teacher. I would recommend this training.
