I do yoga everywhere I go. It’s just part of who I am. Yoga has shown me how to be my authentic self and feel empowered. Yoga found me when I was going through a very difficult time as a teenager. Yoga gave me the self awareness and mindfulness to make it through, and I have honored my yoga practice ever since. I enjoy teaching others yoga because I feel like I am giving them the skills to make it through their difficult times. In my classes I explore deepening the mind-body connection and the concept of taking your yoga skills off the mat.
I teach yoga philosophy, lifestyle and ethics, techniques, training and practice, teaching methodologies in addition to chakra yoga and the chakra mind-body system, all levels yoga, mindfulness and meditation practices.
My teaching style emphasizes mindfulness, energetic flow, self- reflection and exploration. I have been practicing for 16 years and teaching for 7. I use my experience with various yoga styles to create the best experience for my students in the moment. Each class is unique and requests are always encouraged.
