Yoga and Dr. Putnam united at a writing/yoga workshop in Mexico in April 2012. She fell in love with yoga and within months enrolled in a teacher training. As a chiropractic physician she sees yoga as the perfect partner for spinal health and rehabilitation. As much as she understands and values the skeletal benefits of yoga she has equal appreciation for its other offerings. With stress being an undermining factor in wellness, yoga requires a mindfulness, consciousness and connection that supports well-being. Dr. Putnam brings her knowledge of health care together with her personal commitment to yoga in order to help people through the practice and teachings of yoga. Her desire is that yoga brings you peace and ease.
