Kristin studied at Devanadi School of Yoga and Wellness in Minneapolis, MN where she received both her 200 and 300 hour Yoga Teacher Trainings. Kristin is an experienced 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT E-500). She has also completed her Restorative Yoga Teacher Training Level 1 and 2, Chair Yoga Training, and Ayurveda Yoga Specialist Training. During her studies, she has been honored to be guided by her teachers Tanya Boigenzahn, Chanti Tacoronte-Perez, and Ben Vincent. She has also studied with Kathryn Templeton, Rod Stryker, Lauren Toolin, and many more. Kristin is regularly attending trainings, considering herself a life-long student of yoga.
