ABOUT ME :-))

• I have been practising yoga for 7 years, 3 of which have been as a fully trained instructor.
• I am positive, cheerful and a friendly person.
• I am conscientious and responsible.
• I am flexible and able to accommodate any and all requests.

MY VISION :-))

For me the most importatnt thing is ensuring that my class are satisfied 
at the end of every lesson. I am confortable teaching yoga at all levels. 
Therefore, I always try to bring some new part of practising into 
the lesson. For each position I can do modification which means 
that I can teach mixed groups from beginners to advanced.
I am always trying to explain which muscles are involved during exercises and what other benefits assana brings.
Finally, I am in constant contact with the students, helping manually and checking them to ensure they are practising safely.
At the end of the lesson I ask about experiences and requirements for the next lesson. This creates a close relationship between the student and the teacher, and by doing this, it helps to encourage a more open relaxed and fun environment.
