I came to practice yoga whilst looking for a low-impact way to better maintain my body for my work as a dancer. I have not always been as enthusiastic about yoga as I am currently, I found my real love for the practice when I met Vinyasa. The linking of breath with a flowing practice really hit home , so these are the two main anchors for both my personal practice and my teaching. I got my her 200-Hour certification in 2011, and continued my studies getting Kids', Restorative, Aerial Yoga & AcroYoga certifications. My classes center on linking breath and movement, and on the importance of safe individualized alignment, and mindful progression with self-awareness. I firmly believe in a “safety first” approach; when we take care of the body, it will take care of us!
