My life changed forever, at Village Yoga Center in Modesto, California.Yoga has given me a peace inside, that I never new existed. Yoga  has amazingly transformation my Body, my Mind, and my Spirit. I am now inspired to share my knowledge with all, who cross my path. Alignment, breath, and gratitude, for our bodies is essential to my practice. I am mentally and physically stronger than I have ever been in my life. Sharing my Love of Yoga with all, has become my passion. Yoga is a journey of a thousands miles, one step at a time.

I am continually learning, and loving my practice. Currently taking classes to improve my teaching skills.
