Holly teaches an anatomy and yoga life philosophy focused class and strives to stay light hearted as the student finds stress relief, recovery, and their own power in life through their yoga practice. She loves to teach with or without music and enjoys a plethora of genres to accompany her class. The majority of the time Holly teaches off the mat to be present in the room for her students with hands on assists and personalized alignment direction. Whether or not you’re a sports athlete or a warrior of life you will find her class supportive of your body, mind, and spirit. She enjoys working a balance of strength and conditioning to her well thought out themes to then turn down the volume with postures to open the body and allow the mind to settle. Holly also continues to guide new meditators on their journey to self realization and awareness. When she isn't teaching yoga or guiding trainings she spends time giving massages, planning her next outdoor getaway, cooking, reading, and snuggling her sweet rescue pup. You can find her in many studio settings from the heated studio to the dirt in the beautiful Colorado mountains.
