Dara Paprock, M.A. E-RYT, IYTA, YACEP, teaches yoga for stress management, recovery, pain management, strength, endurance and flexibility. Drawing on Yoga experience at Paramahansa Yogananda's Self Realization Center in Los Angeles, a natural affinity with Kundalini Yoga combined with 25 years of dance teaching, performance and Pilates, Dara offers an enjoyable yoga class considering safety, alignment and the limitations, possibilities and joys of being human. She received her Yoga Alliance certification through the Living Yoga Program . Dara holds a Master Degree from UCLA World Arts and Cultures and Dance Program and various certifications, including Mudras for Transformation, Gong, and CPR . She is a certified, Trauma Sensitive Yoga Teacher, an authorized facilitator of Sundara's "Overcoming Anxiety Clinic", lecturer, and is certified with Warriors At Ease. Her private practice and clinics address Wellbeing, Holistic Health, recovery for Anxiety Disorders, Substance Abuse Disorders, and Physical Rehabilitation. Dara also works with Veterans and their families. She holds a second Masters Degree in Depth Psychology, Counseling Psychology and Marriage and Family Counseling from Pacifica Graduate Institute. Ms. Paprock is also a Safe and Sound Protocol (Trademarked work of Dr. Stephen Porges) Practitioner.
