Christopher Grant is a Co-Founder of Yoga Farm Ithaca and Great Energy

Christopher and Daniela lead their Qigong Teacher Training Certifications regularly.

They have served over 10,000 students in the past eight years, growing 10-fold from 2019 to 2022.

He has spent his career working with startup organizations. With 25 years of experience in business and technology, he is uniquely qualified to help you with your business planning and the smart use of technology.

He has been a student of meditation, yoga and qigong for most of his life, and as part of the Yoga Farm Ithaca team, he developed online yoga teacher trainings in vinyasa yoga, hatha yoga, and co-created the Luminous Yoga™ advanced 300 hour yoga teacher training.

He and Daniela developed the Healing Qigong™ Qigong Method and the 200 hour instructor training program along with their Colleague Jacob Vermulen of SongDance.

Christopher and Daniela lead a free weekly Sacred Sunday online program with Inspired Living combining Healing Qigong, Yoga, Healing & Forgiveness practices.
