I have taught yoga for the past 16 years with a speciality in prenatal, labor & delivery and women's wellness yoga across the lifespan. I hold additional certifications in yin, postnatal, restorative and Hatha Yoga. I focus on yoga for menopause, postpartum, pregnancy and fertility. 

 I am a certified childbirth educator and I have served as a birth doula for 15 years, supporting hundreds of births in hospitals, birth centers and homes. My extensive work with women and babies has deeply influenced my approach and perspective on the power of yoga to transform lives,

In addition to facilitating prenatal yoga teacher trainings, I also offer basic 200 level and yin teacher training as well as continuing education workshops for yoga teachers.  I am the director of Devi Ma Yoga studio. I hold a Masters Degree in Geography & Anthropology and bring my strong interests in cultural studies, yogic literature, astrology and shamanic studies into my course offerings to provide a deeper, more comprehensive understanding of yogic topics and practice. I have a professional background in social services, project management and staff training.
