Leigh Mallis has been teaching yoga for over 20 years. She has studied multiple lineages with Kundalini being her first introduction to yoga and her favorite. She has 200 hour certifications in Kundalini Yoga and Meditation from KRI and 200 hour certification in Ashtanga Yoga. She is also certified in Khalsa Way Pregnancy Teacher Training and is currently wrapping up her Level 2 Kundalini Yoga 300 hour training. This includes in-depth studies in conscious communication, mind and meditation, vitality and stress, and authentic relationships. Leigh has been continuing her studies as a student every year by traveling to New Mexico for Summer Solstice Events with 3HO and studying with teachers around the world and participating in White Tantric Meditation Workshops. 

Leigh created Pranic Soul Yoga School in 2015 and has continued to grow her teacher training community each year, holding one training per year. 

Currently Leigh is offering 40 Day Sadhana session via zoom due to the pandemic and is enjoying the growing community that virtual classes are allowing.
