I am a Yoga Teacher and Teacher Trainer living and teaching in Los Angeles since 2009. My passion is sharing yogic teaching and other holistic approach to promote greater mental and physical well-being to living our lives deeply aligned with our passion, purpose, and truth.
I teach breath-focused flow classes, pranayama, kriya, restorative yoga, and meditation techniques from different traditions. My keen interest in psychology, neuroscience, yogic philosophy, and eastern anatomy are infused in my classes and training.
I teach weekly group, corporate and private classes online, as well as lead workshop, training, and retreat in English and Japanese.
