Alexandra Sagorz-Zimmerl is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of the yoga teacher training with the approved Forrest Yoga Faculty. She is a Forrest Yoga Guardian and Level 5 Forrest Yoga Mentor Teacher. 
Her intention is to give her students the best possible experience in class, means finding balance between challenging them and keeping them safe, finding their own potential. Her teaching is a magical and grounding experience and right on the spot. You can expect clear and precise directions and healing hands-on-assists, to feel more aligned and more at home in the body.
