As a yoga teacher, Caitlin is known for her unique synthesis of asana and dance (BA, Dance and Choreography, Bard College, The Walnut Hill School for the Performing Arts), and for infusing her teaching with wisdom inspired by her triumph over multiple cancers.
In 2015 Caitlin was an honoree of the Massachusett’s General Hospital’s Cancer Center’s The One Hundred, which recognizes “100 Everyday Amazing individuals and groups each year who are changing how we fight cancer.” and she continues to advocate and support cancer patients through yoga and wellness mentorships.
Primarily teaching Prana Flow® Yoga, in recent years, Caitlin has brought the transmissions of this lineage to multiple yoga festivals, including the LoveYoga Fest, Unifier Festival, and The Nantucket Yoga Festival.
In 2015 Caitlin was a regional headliner for the Main Yoga Festival, a featured presenter at the 2016 Yoga Reaches Out New England Yogathon and has been featured in N Magazine, Mantra Magazine and Origins Magazine for her work as a cancer activist and advocate, She is thrilled to be a part of Shiva's online school, has assisted Shiva at several of her Prana Flow® Teacher Training programs.
In addition to teaching yoga, Caitlin is a clinical sports massage therapist, personal trainer, avid cyclist and anatomy geek. When she's not on the mat, Caitlin spends her time writing, mountain biking and hiking in the woods. She currently working on a memoir about her experience as a breast cancer survivor and is studying Yoga for Athletes with Leslee Shenk Trzcinski of Tune Yoga in Rochester, NY.
